The Kurty D Show

021 - The Conscious Leadership Collective with Gretchen Fox Palmer

Episode Summary

This week I'm excited to share my conversation with my friend, Gretchen Fox Palmer, Founder & CEO at Made to Order. Gretchen and I met through the LA tech market circa 2010 when Gretchen was VP of Social for LiveNation & Ticketmaster. Fast forward to now, Gretchen shares how she’s putting demand on pause, and transforming her firm MTO from a marketing agency into executive leadership coaching--supporting conscious leaders, impact design & Conscious Leadership Collective retreats. Gretchen is also a “horse whisperer” and a student of Buck Branneman’s Natural Horsemanship integrated equinistic coaching with executive coaching to help people to shift into reflection to be more self-aware and create giant transformation effortlessly and gently through training with horses.  Born and raised in rural Texas, she’s moving back to Austin Texas after 20 years away from her home state. This is a very honest and reflective conversation that is worth absorbing for anyone feeling frayed and less resilient from COVID or growth-minded folks who enjoy exploring consciousness. This episode has a lot to offer anyone interested in storytelling, coaching, horses, & the magic of LA and Texas.
