This week I'm excited to share my conversation with my friend, Kevin Miller, Co-Founder & CEO of Gro- one of the fastest going marketing agencies in the United States. Kevin started the Gro agency with his AA sponsor, Jon Zacharias. In early 2020, pre-pandemic, they launched after having each scraped up $10k each to start the business They also each achieved 3 years of sobriety first so that they could trust each other enough to take the risk of starting something new, together. Fast forward to now, not even 2.5 years later, they have over 100 full-time employees. Seemingly overnight, they are one of the best SEO shops in the world. There is a formula- it’s a mix of humility, curiosity, levity, and hard work. Kevin’s insights have made him a thought leader online.
